Tara

Tara

Hi, I’m Tara. Horses and Eventing have always been a huge part of my life. I’m competitive by nature and love the intensity and adrenaline that comes with the sport. I’m always looking for ways to build strength and improve my performance.

Alongside riding, I’m the founder of Mochara, an equestrian-inspired activewear brand designed to be worn in the saddle but also in the gym or at Pilates.

I started Reformer Pilates in spring last year and was completely hooked. The difference it’s made to my strength and stability in the saddle has been huge. I feel more balanced, more secure and much more in control when I ride.

Reformer quickly became more than just training for me, which is why I decided to make it part of my career. I’m now on a mission to get more riders into the studio and feeling the same benefits.

I hope to see you at one of my classes soon!

With 39 years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of teaching a wide range of classes including Dance, Spin, Body Pump, Body Balance, conditioning, Core, Stretch, Fitness Pilates — and now my latest passion, Reformer Pilates.

Over the years, I’ve taught thousands of classes and managed studios and instructor teams, building busy, successful timetables and supportive fitness communities. What I love most is seeing people achieve things they never thought possible. My aim is to make every session achievable, motivating and — most importantly — fun, while delivering a truly great workout.
